I am feeling the same way. I just started a couple of days ago (though I had a free account for a while) and pushed yesterday to get to the 100 followers thing. I am almost there because, luckily, I have a bit of a following elsewhere. But I went all in and am paying for my membership partially because the goiing all in seemed to be part of my decision to start writing on the platform.

Instead of being a theatre director, I am now a writer. I will call myself a writer. See? Look! Paying.

Hahahaha. Just a way to avoid Imposter Syndrome. :)
